Does anyone have any information on: Hotel Kura' Hulanda in central Willemstad?

This seems to be THE place my daughter (18) wants to spend her spring break (with her parents along-guess we should be flattered - it may be the last time we are ever invited along. At least until she has children (grandparents make great babysitters).

Any information on this property would be appreciated. late February. Do we need passport?
