starting in Ljubljana and ending up with a week in Dubrovnik. I'm wondering about day trips via ferry from Dubrovnik to Lokrum, Lopud, Mljet, etc. Do the ferries run these routes year-round or stop the end of Oct.-or when? We're debating on going either in Sept, early Oct, or late Oct/early Nov and trying to weigh cost vs more optimum weather and more things open. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
