I'm sorry to say that I don't recall the names of the two terrific restaurants in Seville that we ate in.
However, I'd like to mention, if you happen to be going to Cadiz, we had dinner at a place that was exceptional. The name of the place is Fado and it was filled with mostly locals, but we got a waiter who spoke English and everything was great. It's a pretty place, white tablecloths, not formal, but you wouldn't go there in shorts and sneakers.
We didn't go to a flamenco, but they're not hard to find when you get there.
