I too think the Paris Brest at Allard is one of the best desserts I've ever had and I love that restaurant overall. Who else makes that fabulous duck w/ olives dish? Probably no one! However, dinner there runs about 50Euro's pp, so I didn't put it on tbe value meals list. Though I didn't know they had a prix fix menu.

I also like Fish La Boissoinnerie and Fontaine du Mars. However, each of those places runs about 40-45 Euro's per person. So, the person who was looking for value, should be aware of that. With the Euro so high, that's over $100. a couple.
