Hi!

You're allowed to carry a nail clipper on board as long as it doesn't also include the small portruding nail file. You could, of course, pack scissors & /or pocketknives in your checked luggage. However, even if you don't check luggage you can use the nail clipper to cut the zip ties off your bags.

A couple of years ago I had packed a small nail clipper with the tiny attached nail file in my carry-on luggage. Airport security snapped the nail file off the clipper & handed it back to me. At least I have a nail clipper I can carry on with me now!
