Ziners, First, I'd spend lots and lots of time in Italy, go to language school, etc., then decide on an apartment or vacation house somewhere - right now I'd say the Cinque Terre, but there's so much of the country I haven't seen yet.

Also, I would go around the world, but I'd like to do it without flying if possible. I have no problem with planes, but there's something refreshing about the pace of sea or ground transportation - including my own two feet! No set itinerary or time schedule, just the freedom to go wherever whenever.
