Hello Evan,
We stayed at the Hotel Prinsenhof and found it nice,
moderately priced, clean, and comfortable. All your
criteria. However, there is no elevator and the stairs are
steep coming up from street level. But they do have a hoist
for luggage. Also, some rooms do not have the bath ensuite
(ours didn't). Their website is fairly thorough in
explaining the hotel (and humorous).
