Those insect swatters have been the most purchased present
by all of our
houseguests in HK (one of our friends took 6 home in his luggage)!!
But...ours are battery-powered. If we ever leave here we'll
be taking a
trunk full because we couldn't live without them now (we have
one in each of
the main rooms in the house)!!
They cost $12HK here (about $1.50US) and I just saw them in a UK mailorder catalogue for 12.95 pounds (about $23US)!!!! Mmm....might just be a business in this! Cheers! Judy in HK |
