In preparation for an upcoming trip to England I was searching for leftover Pounds from prior trips and also came across about 70,000 Lire.

I plan to be in Italy this fall and I was wondering if it's still possible to exchange the Lire for Euros. Since I think the Lire was pegged at about 2000/Euro, I'd like to get the 35 Euros if it's not too much of a hassle.
