|Subject: Re: World's Top 100 Wonders|
What a fascinating list. I'm proud to say that I've been to quite a few of these places and my travels in the next 10 months will lead me to a couple more of them.
One thing that Hillman has left though, is that though he mentions the Great Barrier Reef, he leaves out the Daintree Rainforest. What is unique about these spots is that it's the only place in the world where two World Heritage Sights (UNESCO's list) meet in one place. It's truly an awesome feeling and I'm lucky enough to have enjoyed that spot of the world 3 times within the last 10 years and look forward to visiting it again sometime in the future.
