Subject: Re: New luggage policies for train travel in Europe
Hi, Mark and Ziners,

Two weeks ago I came back from Spain. Most of my trip was done by using train. Before you board any of long-distance trains (Grand Lineas), you have to pass X-Rays' check, like in the airport. But after you enter the coach, there are special spaces to leave your LARGE luggage. I had no problems with that.

By the way, Spanish railways are the best in Europe (at least from my point of you). In every long-distance train you get the service which is close to the airlines. All of the trains are exact, without any delays. I was really surprised. Even commuters' lines allow you to hear the classical music during all your trip.

So, despite bombs, I still recommend you to use the train!!!

Sincerely, Alex Elbert Jerusalem Israel
