Used Pincity purchased on the internet my last trip to France in March. No connect charges - low rates. I travel abroad often and so far this was best, ever. Covers most countries. During peak calling hours in the evening(6-8pm-local) or on our holidays the line was busy but after 3 tries, most, was able to connect. I will use this card from now on.
