Tiffany, I agree with Joel. Although,I do not have a phone for Europe.
If you're going to be in Europe I would think about buying a phone
that would work in Europe. The chips are easy to replace and you
would have a phone with flexability. Not all chips work in other
countries or the minutes are more expensive. So check and switch
around when you need to. When I was in Turkey last year,the guide
said if he called out to the USA it cost him, but if someone called
him it didn't.
