|Subject: The Fall of the Berlin Wall|
All week we have heard the famous remark that Ronald Reagan directed to Mr. Gorbachev in 1987. "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall." We learned the "rest of the story" when we visited Leipzig, Germany in 2001, and the part the youth of the country played in the actual fall. I have written a paper on it (don't ask me why) but I had all these facts and wanted to compile them. It's two pages long, which is too long to post. But if anyone is interested, I'll be glad to send it on.
Mod's note from Linda: Rosemary, please copy and paste it into a new message. I'm sure many of us would want to read it. Thanks.
