Subject: Luggage, Inter-Europe Air Allowance
We love our Eagle Creek 22" Switchback bags. They are pricey - but we've used ours for 3 years heavily and they are soundly made. We just returned from 3 weeks in Europe carrying on just these bags. They have wheels or you can wear them as a backpack. And a handy daypack zips off for sightseeing. Here's a link:

We travel light because we take the trains, but this summer we took Virgin Express from Geneva to Brussels to save some time mid-trip. We had to check our bags (zipped off the daypacks to take aboard) as they limited carryons to 6 kg. That was fine, and we sure boarded quickly! Great flight, too.
