|Subject: Re: Shellfish (was Haggis)|
Hi one and all!
I always have considered oysters a special treat - raw or cooked. I grew up in the midwest many moons ago and my father, several times a year, would come home with raw oysters which we all gobbled down with a touch of ketsup. I've since had them in more elegent fashion and continue to love them. Breaded deep fried Eastern oysters are about the top of my list.
Now haggis (and agobi worms) - that's another story. And I'm part Scots.
Cheers, jo in Sunnyvale!
