Hi Candice,
As I pointed out you can get a jr. suite through a travel agency, such as wowargentina.com.ar and transportation from the airport (which is not much) for less than the package the Kempinsky is offering. The Bel Air is a lovely four stars, the jr. suite is in essence a larger room, the one we had had high ceilings, and two huge windows. The building is an older building kind of French style totally remodeled with a lot of good taste, the rooms have wooden floors, the sheets are of fine percale, ....you will like the decoration, I am sure .... Bathrooms have no tub, but instead a shower with many jets - the whole building is elegant and the service is good. They have a restaurant in front which is good, and a buffet breakfast is served in the basement. It is located in calle Arenales and calle Parana, one block from Avenida Santa Fe at walking distance of la Recoleta or a short taxi drive which should be around $1.50, not more. The Bel Air uses the radio taxis Premium one of the best in town, which are called by them anytime you need them and the hotel does not get any overprice. From the hotel to the airport (Ezeiza)a ride whould be approx $15 to $18 dollars. To aeroparque the local airport $4. A dinner for two with a glass of wine in an absolutely charming restaurant near the hotel called Sirop would be aprox.$25 to $30 dollars for two. So add everything and you have the three nights, the transfer (probably a bit more coming into town) plus the dinner for approx. $315. I have nothing against the Kempsinsky but as I said before I have heard nothing good about them. The people in http://wowargentina ask for Cintia or Matias are very reliable and honest.
