Subject: Re: Train Travel
Hi Ziners, All of the posts about train travel are fascinating. It's apparent that Ziners agree that it's a wonderful way to travel and I'm sure much of this fascination began with train sets.

There are two trips that I failed to mention in my previous post and which I recommend to Ziners. One is, "the highest cog wheel train in the world" which leaves from Grundelwald, Switzerland, and heads up to the top of the Jungfrau. It's outrageously expensive but worth every penny. The second is the Kuranda Express in North Queensland, Australia, which passes through the Atherton Tablelands. Both are day trip tours as opposed to getting to a destination but not to be missed.
