my wife and I will be taking a tour through eastern China in October, ending up in Hong Kong - I've heard that Hong Kong is an excellent place to get a custom-made suit - do you all have any recommendations about who would be a good tailor to go to?

also, I'd like to buy a piece of jade jewelry for my wife, but the books I've read so far all seem to say that the risk of ending up with fake jade in Hong Kong is very high - is there anything I can do to mitigate that risk?
