Subject: Re: What do you look for?
Hi all, Just to agree with Graziella, when we're away and we're hungry, we just walk around a town that looks interesting; look closely at restaurant windows and enter a small restaurant that's packed with obvious non-tourists. Also, we ask people that we strike up conversations with in local markets, shops and in parks. We have never had a bad meal!

This may not give you the 3-star Michelin approach, but the food is always tasty, and sometimes, you meet wonderful folks!!!

Also, we find that in cities, the later we dine, the more interesting our meal is (both in food and in conversation with locals!)
