El Cid is a huge property in Mazatlan, with a beachfront part & a golf club part. I hope another Ziner will recall if the Castilla Beach is the beachfront part.

There's a nice pool on the golf club side & a very cool pool on the beach side which wanders amongst the buildings.

Nice beachside bar, nice rooms. I've always liked it & have stayed there maybe 5 or 6 times over the years.
