Subject: What attracts you to museums? Which is your favorite?
Hi Ziners, I have always been facinated with museums, taking driving holidays just to hit all the museums along the way. They vary so much, from small hole in the wall- no budget afairs, to stately big budget buildings where even the bricks have history. I guess it's the suspense of not knowing what I'll find when I go in one, what treasures I'll see, what stories I'll learn and where in time I will travel. So, my question, in follow up to the museums in Paris thread: what attracts you to museums and which is your favorite one? My favorite? Any that allow me to touch stuff and interact with knowledgeable staff! (Although Tyrell Museum in Alberta is a close second even though there's not much to touch and the staff are security guards.)
