|Subject: Re: Less renown Museums in Paris|
I also suggest Musee Jacquemart Andre. But, I have never been to the other museums you asked about. One of my favorite museum "spaces" is the musee des arts et metiers ( http://www.arts-et-metiers.net/). Even though the website is only in french, you can get an idea of what it is like. The information at the museum is also in french, so if you're like me, you can only understand so much! But the building it is in and the displays are exceptional. It covers Scientific instruments, materials, construction, mechanics, communication, energy, mechanics, transportation - it's technical innovation. It's in a completely renovated site in the priory of Saint-Martin-des-Champs. Even the Arts et metiers metro station is completely covered in copper tiling with porthole-windows to introduce you to the mood of the museum. Can you tell I thoroughly enjoyed it?!
