Hi, Linda and ziners. What a fascinating article on the
places I'm going to see in Rome! I really appreciate your
link to it.
The article raises a question: It says that in July and August the lines at St. Peter's are shorter because of the heat and because most Romans have left town. In a guide book, I read that late October to just before Easter is the slow season, and at that time of year there aren't crowds and the lines aren't long.
Can anyone who's been there in October or November tell me if that's true?
