You are absolutely right, "touchée" as the French would say. A Napoleon is, I believe, what I would call a millefeuille.. or a near cousin. Since we are at this sweet subject an interesting thread would be: Where did you find the best pastry you ever tasted ? I for one, love the millefeuille of Calixte in L'le St Louis, in the Rue St. Louis-en-l'Ile and the great pastries made in many little shops in Portugal as well as in Buenos Aires.
