|Subject: Staying healthy on holiday|
How do you stay healthy while travelling? We try to make sure that we walk a lot. It's a great way to explore anyway! Also when we had a lengthy holiday in France, I brought a print-out of a webpage on food suggestions. Unfortunately the site seems to be gone now.

P.S. I just remembered a food I enjoyed in France that was low calorie! Fromage blanc. Yummy, creamy and low fat versions available. Different from anything I've had at home.
