Subject: Impressionists' River Seine
Hi Ziners, An article from the Christian Science Monitor about the locations along the Seine where the Impressionists painted. It suggests in particular the areas where Monet and Renoir roamed more than a hundred years ago: the island of Chatou and the towns of Bougival and Port-Marly. http://tinyurl.com/526gt

I have visited Monet's garden and home at Giverny and as the days get shorter and darker, it is wonderful to recall the beautiful garden.

I found also another site about the impressionists in Normandy. http://tinyurl.com/6p3pb What about other art locations? Suggestions, comments? Frances Toronto, Canada
