I wrote a reply to you last night and my computer froze up and I lost the message. Since then, several people have said what I wanted to say, in particular that you would be better off cutting some places to spend more time in others. One specific thing that should be mentioned: it looks like your agent is advising you to hire a car in Venice to drive to Florence, where you'll spend two days before going to smaller towns in Tuscany. There's no point in doing this: you can take a train from Venice to Florence, and the car will be of no use in Florence. You can get a car there if you're determined to go elsewhere in Tuscany, but you can't really expect to cover Siena and four small towns in two winter days. Just my thoughts.
