|Subject: Copenhagen questions|
Next June, I will be travelling on a Baltic cruise with my mother-in-law. Before we board, we will be in Copenhagen overnight. We will be staying at the Hotel Vesterbro, which appears to be fairly central.
I have two questions which I hope someone can answer. First, we like good food and good wine in a cosy, respectful atmosphere. Ideally, we would like to be able to walk after our meal in a neighbourhood that is comfortable and welcoming. Does anyone have a suggestion for dinner? Buffet is not appropriate.
Second, considering that we arrive jet lagged from Toronto, after a connector from Paris, what do you recommend for the afternoon? Should I limit this visit to the Tivoli Gardens? Knowing nothing about the spot, what can I expect?
