Which Cuban resort did you choose? Just curious because when winter becomes too much, I look at the sell-offs for Cuba and they look appealing.

My only foray into all-inclusives was in Cuba too - at Ancon Beach near Trinidad. Great location. Lots to see and do in the city (UNESCO heritage site) and in the mountain (as well as beachy things, of course!). Our hotel was budget but friendly.

Santiago appeals to me - a history city. If you were near Santiago, how easy was it to get there without a car (taxi, say)?
