I have one more suggestion. In addition to earplugs, mask, inflatable pillow, I also use Sleepytime tea with Valarian. I usually ask for hot water after the meal and make a cup of tea. It helps me to drift off. A few extra tea bags for the trip also help me to adjust to the time zone and get over jet lag much faster.
