Concerning the desaster around Sumatra round now - I am just missing the right words. Praying.

Concerning overall thoughts about risks when I travel...

Things like heavy rains, earthquakes (including tsunamis like this time) I think one can hardly judge when and where they will occur. Things I feel very uncomfortable with (and try to avoid if there is nothing very, very special nearby) are volcanos. I cannot imagine myself walking to the crater and looking down. Even a helicopter flight over it is nothing I would like to try. Call me a coward - but I those things are just too dangerous for my taste.
