We sailed on the Celebrity Mercury 2 months ago & had a wonderful time. We've cruised on Celebrity (twice), Princess, Holland America & NCL within the last 3 years & found the food & service best on Celebrity. Each cruise ship & line differs a bit from the others & some may excel in other areas such as efficiency & entertainment. Choosing a specific ship & line may increase the probability of having the cruise experience you seek, but each cruise is different.
