I wasn't too happy with the way the cod wrapped in prosciutto turned out - I think that the cooking time is too long. Heat oven to 400 degrees (F). Brush cod fillets with butter, wrap each in a slice or two of prosciutto, leaving ends of fillets unwrapped. Brush with butter again, place on baking sheet. Bake fish til firm and white at unwrapped ends, about 20 minutes. If desired, place each fillet on a bed of lentils. Enjoy!
