Subject: Re: Nice
Hello Charles,

No shortage of places to eat in Nice, but I'd definitely recommend a stroll up to Place Garibaldi to La Grande Cafe Turin- well-known for seafood and rightly so! We ate out on the terrasse at lunch and "watched the world go by". The place was packed with the locals, probably due in part to the fish market next door(I think you can pick out your catch of the day if you wish!) Be sure to stop in at the office du tourisme on Promenade des Anglais between Boul. Gambetta and Boul de Verdun for info. and a street map.
