Second, please, tell us what is your general phisical condition and are you eager enough to spend the whole day on just running from one place to another to see as much possible. It'll allow to give you more specific recommendations.

Generally, you'll come to Israel in one of the best seasons - until the mid of April it's usually not hot and already not rainy, though there are suprises.

Main directions- Jerusalem - at least about 2 days; North - 2-3 days and Dead Sea area with Eilat - 2-3 days more. And you finished your week. Of course, there is much more for 2-3 weeks.
