Anyone travelling in Israel during Passover (23-30 April, this year)should be aware that it is essential to reserve your hotel well in advance. Also no food products which contain yeast will be available anywhere in Jewish neighborhoods or hotels.

But we can make some darn good foods with matzo meal! :D
