My husband just informed me that he'll be going on a business trip to Abu Dhabi in the near future. I've never heard of Abu Dhabi before. It's adjacent to Saudi Arabia & Oman on the map.

Has anyone been there and if so, do you have any insights you can share pls? His accommodation will be set up by the local contact but we know absolutely nothing about this area. I made a bet with Rick that someone in this group will have been there.
