Has anyone heard of Best Tours? I met a lady in a class I took recently where we were discussing good and bad customer service. She said the best customer service she ever had was with Best Tours. They cater to small groups, even just 2 people and she and her husband were traveling to Egypt and were in Rome airport for a stop over and an agent from Best Tours met them and asked how things were going for them on the trip. In Cairo they were met by another agent who took them through customs without waiting in the long lines and took them to their hotel. They were given day trips in a van, just the 2 of them. She said the tour company is out of Italy but speaks English. I can't seem to find them on the Internet but they sound great. She said the cost was very reasonable as well.
