Subject: Anyone taught at Englishtown? |
Hello travellers:
A friend and I are delighted to have been accepted to "teach" English in Spain in September. We have agreed to umm...talk..and talk...and talk until our Spanish compatriots have a better working grasp of conversational English. If any of you have participated in the Englishtown program established in 2001 by Richard Vaughan of Vaughan Systems, please let me know what you thought of the experience. If the program is new to you, you might like to check it out at http://www.vaughanvillage.com We'll be going to GREDOS, Avila very near the border of Salamanca and Cáceres in the town of Barco de Avila. You could say we've talked our way into a free week in Europe! All kidding aside - we will indeed be talking for a living for seven days in Spain. I thought you might be interested.
