Along with Paris Walks, there is a company that does Segue Tours around Paris. I'm not sure of their website but a google search will lead to them. I was going to take one of their tours on my last trip to Paris, but it was pouring the day that I was available. I hope to do one on my next trip to Paris as it looks like a lot of fun.
