Hi Frances and Ziners,
Many years ago we very sanely planned a trip to Wash DC. Had 3 adults and 3 college age kids in the group. Each person had to list the top things they wanted to do with a promise that they could do at least the top 3. Everything was very sane until the last day when everyone suddenly remembered or discovered something they wanted to do and -- blisters and all we were tromping from the archives, to the supreme court, to the library of congress and making a run to the Washington cathedral among others. It was laughable and I was much younger. To be truthful, I do tend to go too much on trips as I always figure I can rest when I get home but I do know that taking my time had its advantages too so I do try to slow down and enjoy more. Kay |
