We are working on plans for our holiday in France and Northern Italy. We will be travelling mostly by rental car through the Loire Valley and on to Milan.

Dates of travel to be October 1 thru 20,2005 would anyone be so kind as to fill us in on the time of year the bad winds strike in France, where and when...any info will be greatly appreciated.
