in June we'll go to Italy and stay for 10 days in the Marche area, the nature park of Monte Conero near Ancona. That way we'll be close to the motorway to easily reach northern and southern parts of that area. A daytrip to the Gran Sasso area in the Abruzzi is on our schedule as well.

We'll certainly try to see San Marino and San Leo in the north, Urbino, the Conero area, some small cities in the "backyard" (away from the coast) and go to see Ascoli Piceno. Perhaps visit the Grotte di Frasassi, Macerata, Cingoli and so on.

I'd be glad to hear some suggestions on what you liked most in the Marche region.
