I have decided to take the leap & begin traveling abroad as a single 38 year-old. I am taking a TEFL course and there seems to be a lot of confusion surrounding the current qualifications to teach in various locations. I'm thinking of applying in either Mexico, Chile, or Peru. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced the TEFL lifestyle, as well as anyone who has first-hand knowledge of living/working in these countries.
