Subject: Re: What do do around Carlisle, MA
Dear Vince and Gerry,

While visiting Carlisle, perhaps you might think of spending time in Concord... there are many Revolutionary highlights, plus Louis May Alcott's house (of 'Little Women' fame) and the Concord Inn is a cozy, lovely place to eat (especially in the bar area!)

If you want to venture further, you could take in Lexington and other Revolutionary highlights and - in between - if you're a foodie, you might like to consider a trip to Wellesley to eat at the legendary Blue Ginger. (reservations are a must.)

If you like blues, Sit 'N Bull in Maynard is a good bar with occasionally really terrific blues bands.

Have fun - there is much to do and see! Regards, Susie Newton, MA
