I took my mom to Victoria and Vancouver in 2001. We stayed at the Holland House Inn which has become the Rosewood Inn. It was a nice bed and breakfast within walking distance of downtown. The breakfast is what stood out in my mind. In Vancouver, we stayed at the Landmark. The package we had included a buffet breakfast in their revolving restaurant. The hotel is located by many shops and restaurants.
