Subject: Re: Sleeping Tips for Trans-Pacific flight |
Good morning Ziners,
When my son flew to Australia, as soon as everyone was seated he talked to a flight attendant and asked if there were any empty seats in the back of the plane. There were and they moved him and he had a whole section to himself where he was able to stretch out and sleep most of the way. However, these days on long haul flights, they are urging people to get up and move around frequently to avoid deep vein thrombosis so maybe that isn't a good idea. Avoid alcohol is also another good tip. Pat Chatham, Ontario |
