Prince Edward Island is beautiful, but you won't find quite the variety of scenery and activities that you will have in Nova Scotia. I would recommend Nova Scotia, using Halifax as a base to explore the South Shore (Chester, Mahone Bay, Lunenburg) or Wolville and the Annapolis Valley. Depending on when you will be here, there will be different festivals, such as the busker festival on the Halifax waterfront. August is a great time to be here.

Please let me know if you are interested in a get together if Halifax is your choice. Also feel free to contact me with specific questions. However I will be travelling from May 1-28. I'm actually headed for Italy on Sunday. We are having our first trip to Tuscany, followed by another visit to Greece, beginning May 15th.
