Subject: Re: ZINE Sleeping Tips for Trans-Pacific flight
Hello Ziners and Barbara in CT

Enjoyed and noted everyones suggestions for long haul fights.

I like to book my flights as near to my bed time an possible and for Austrailia our California flights leave from LA around midnight. Also I prefer a window seat so I can put a pillow between the seat back and the cabin wall.

Enjoy yourself and have a glass of wine and work up to a great sleep. And if upgrading to business class go for it all. After all this is your vacation. When you arrive in New Zeland or Austrailia or in Asia, remember that the relative time difference between the States and there is shorter than that in Europe. This is especially true from the West Coast.

I notice that New Zealand air has a deal where you can lay over different South Pacific Islands.
